FaangPODS aims to finish production and ship out your orders within 3-5 business days depending on the order quantity. So expect your orders to arrive within 3-5 business days + shipping time (Normal shippings are provided through USPS Ground Advantage). If you are located within the Bay Area, and opt in for local pickup or in-person delivery, we can deliver your orders as soon as we finish the products. Typically within 3-5 business days. If you need your items to arrive earlier than our normal delivery times, depending on the situation and time constraints, we do our best to meet your needs. However, if production is needed within 3 business days, we would charge extra for the work up-front. We would also charge extra shipping costs for USPS fast shipping price differences. But rest assured that the extra charges would simply be what USPS charges, nothing extra would be from FaangPODS.

Our Printing Factory is located not too far from our business location in Sunnyvale, California, USA. You can order as many custom prints as you want. As prices of our service and products are transparent, simply look for the price that makes the most sense to you. You are the one to make the choices, FaangPODS makes sure to deliver.

Certainly! Choose the custom listing for your items being sold and provide us a mockup of what the outcome of the shirts you sell looks like. If you would like a better price for your scaled business, simply subscribe to our subscription portal, and at $25 per month, you can have each individual custom print product down to $8.99 for all sorts of your designs. Shipping Fees are not included. (Note: We only provide black T-shirts and sweatshirt prints at the moment. See How do I order my design with different products, colors, or styles section)

FaangPODS strives to always fulfill any orders, and ensures that our customers will always get their orders in time based on our policies. If an item goes out of stock after you place your order, we'll contact you immediately, as are always here to help. Our team at FaangPODS understands how it may feel to discover that a product you have placed your order for has gone out of stock. Our goal is to communicate and partner with you and help you discover exciting new options so your timeline doesn’t skip a beat.

To keep our operations and pricing uniform, FaangPODS' standard currently offers custom black cotton T-shirt products on our website. However, we do provide multiple offerings of colors and non-cotton garments, such as for comfortable sportswear that dry fast, suitable for exercising. (We provide sports teams their custom prints as well) We provide them in separate channels, but are usually the same service and pricing as our Cotton black T-shirts. If you need different T-shirt colors, styles or garments, please reach out to us at faangpods@faangpods.com with the title subject as <FaangPODS product purchase inquiries>. Depending on the quantity of bulk orders, we can provide you with the same services as our black T-shirts.

Simply reach out to us via email at faangpods@faangpods.com with title <Order Issue: #OrderNumber>. Usually there’s a No return policy for all customized orders. However, if there’s a manufacturing defect on the products we will happily refund the defect products upon receiving the returned products. (Note that FaangPODS does not provide shipping labels for returning products). If the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify FaangPODS before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. That being said, we take rigorous procedures in creating our customer’s custom prints. Please make sure and confirm your design, art, spelling of what you want on your custom T-shirt as we print as-is based on what is provided.

Our prices are very simple, it is determined by the exact listing number on your order. That’s it! No hidden fees or fluctuations, what you see is what we charge, that’s it! As a previous consumers ourselves, we know how confusing and frustrating this industry can get regarding pricing with different requirements to a custom shirt: Ink color numbers in a prints can cause pricing differences (The more inks you use the more expensive a custom shirt), extra pricing for two-sided prints, personalizations to a shirt could also affect your pricing. All the above differences and questions do NOT exist at FaangPODS. We at FaangPODS are well aware of this pain, hence we keep pricing uniform - You pay for what you see on our listing! You just simply want your custom T-shirt or personalized merch based on certain pricing and no hidden or fluctuating pricing? FaangPODS is the right place for you! Our prices are set as-is, no matter if you want both-sided prints, multiple vibrant color prints, or uploaded your design with your personalization to an order, it would be the same price as listed with NO EXTRA surprising charges! As long as we can fulfill a design of yours, you just simply pay what you see in our store and we will get it done! Bulk orders are much cheaper per print, the more purchases you have for a single design, the cheaper it is per piece. All reflected clearly on our site's pricing!

Yes you can, simply purchase from our sample listing and follow the steps mentioned in How do I order section, and we will have your sample delivered right to you. If you’re located within Silicon Valley, and would like to take advantage of the proximity. We can also arrange a meeting in person to deliver your sample to you and answer any questions you have in person based on our location or arrangement. Simply reach out to faangpods@faangpods.com with an email title subject as <Local pickup - Order ID> and we will work out the details with you from there.

FaangPODS makes sure your order process is hassle free. Once you place an order, all you have to do is check your email for confirmation of order and a follow up shipping tracking number and all is set. It is that simple! Note: FaangPODS will print your design based on your final confirmation and uploads as-is. We will not make any extra changes on our end so you can rest assured that everything would be as you wanted. That being said, please make sure your uploads and designs are finalized on your end, as we do not accept returns once a product has been finalized and confirmed by our customers.

You simply need to check out a product of your choice. For your designs, upload it via our upload section in our contact or simply send an email to us at faangpods@faangpods.com, with your email title subject as “FaangPOD order design - <insert your OrderNumber>” with your design image attached. (Please upload them as PNG or SVG file formats, it is highly recommended to upload your image in 300dpi in order for your high resolution prints. If you don’t know how to do that, we at FaangPODS will try our best to make your resolution high quality on our end at no extra charge)
